A full day of baking! We will cover many different breads, tarts, scones and cakes.
We will start the day with a talk about sourdough, get a starter to take home and a perfect recipe, saucepan bread, yeast bread and spelt. This will be followed up by pizzas, flat breads and griddle breads. We will make savoury tarts and pastries for lunch (when a glass of wine may feature!). The coffee machine will be on for the day and, after you have been given a quick lesson in using it, you can help yourself to anything from our selection of teas, hot chocolate and coffee. You will leave Good Things with a clear understanding of flour, baking techniques, sourdough starter and lots of baking treats to impress.
