A full day of baking! We will cover many different breads, tarts, scones and cakes.
We will start the day with sourdough, saucepan bread, yeast bread and spelt. This will be followed up by pizzas, flat breads and griddle breads. We will make savoury tarts and pastries for lunch (when a glass of wine may feature!). The coffee machine will be on for the day and, after you have been given a quick lesson in using it, you can help yourself to anything from our selection of teas, hot chocolate and coffee. You will leave Good Things with a clear understanding of flour, baking techniques, sourdough starter and lots of baking treats to impress.
