Practical One-On-One Courses of a Length To Suit You - One Day, Two Days, Three Days, a Week!
These courses are tailored to your needs and we can focus on whatever you want. The opportunities are endless: if you're trying to get yourself into the kitchen, trying to fine tune what you're already doing or if you want to focus on a particular area. Maybe you're starting a tea shop and want to do some intense baking! Maybe you have now decided to start cooking for yourself and have no idea where to start.
The thought of attending a class with others might be just too much! So, this is your chance to have a one to one with Carmel, starting with the basics and leaving with a full understanding of food and cooking. She will work with you to develop a program to suit you and we can incorporate in any ambitions, aspirations and dietary requirements.

Just You & Good Friends:
Demonstration €100pp. - min of 10 people
Practical €175pp. - Max 10 people
This could be for anyone - a bride-to-be and her group of friends, or some friends coming to West Cork for the weekend who want to spend the day at Good Things. The course can be practical or a demonstration - do you want me to work or watch you work?
This idea has been used by lots of women who want to get their men into the kitchen or parents whose children are going to college as well as work colleagues getting away from it all and doing some bonding over the stoves. Last year we had a class as a staff Christmas party to great success.
If you are planning to spend the weekend in West Cork and arrive on Friday night, you won’t have to go any further than Good Things to eat. This is the class that allows you to take a break for a few days. You are guaranteed to return home feeling rejuvenated, more health aware and with a stack of new recipes. 2012 was the first year I did this class and the feedback has proved it works!
