For the gourmet in a hurry. An opportunity to learn how to cook at least 12 easy-to-prepare but staggeringly delicious meals in the space of a single day.

Graduates say that this class puts the whole fast food gourmet food dispute to rest and none too soon. You discover that it isn't the speed with which food is prepared that is the problem, it's the ingredients!

Over one longish day, learn how to make no less than 12 easy-to-prepare but delicious meals. And over time, you will discover that these twelve meals are capable of great things beyond mere re-combining (they're good at that too). No, these meals will take you places. And by the end of the day you will have tasted all of the twelve dishes, well fourteen really as I always find something else to cook on the day!

This will be a slow affair due to the amount of freshly cooked food on hand (and a glass or two of wine!) so we will run later than 5:00pm.

If you are planning to spend the weekend in West Cork and arrive on Friday night, you won't have to go any further than The Good Things Café to eat.
