Arrive 10:00 for 10:30 start, finish 5:30 pm (ish)
This is the class I’ve wanted to do since starting my school. This day is for those who lead a busy life and do not know where to start in the kitchen.
You will learn all the basic skills and leave in the evening knowing how to cook at least a week’s (7 not 5) dishes.
You will learn how to plan, shop wisely and make something splendid from the leftovers.
This class will be another chapter from my next book!
