Sunday Brunch and Lunch Feast
Another day for lots of papers,
food and chat. This Sunday we are going to combine brunch with lunch. We will
start early so we will manage to fit everything in and it will not be too late
for you to head home. I will start the day by getting the roasts in the oven,
one or two of them I will have marinaded the night before so I will cover this
before I cook a selection of brunch dishes. After brunch I will show you
how to make a selection of desserts, while I keep an eye on the ovens, by the
way one of the roasts will be a whole fish. We will roast, mash and boil potatoes,
do a couple of vegetables and something like rice or couscous to go with the fish.
I can see the Good Things Carvery! This class, like the Breakfast - Brunch
class is new and my aim is that it will be a relaxed affair, I feel a mix between
a day at the café and the cookery school, a day where you come along and
meet others, come with a friend or partner for the day, feast on lots of great
food and learn some new dishes and tips. Really it will be going out for
Sunday brunch and lunch all in the one day but learning how its done.
