A one day practical course which includes morning
coffee, lunch with a glass of wine and afternoon tea.
And an afternoon of sampling the rest of the day’s
dishes with another glass of wine.

Course Times:
Arrive 10:00 for 10:30 start.
Finish 5:00 pm (ish)
We don’t mind if it’s raining today because we will be baking a dozen
dishes filled with warmth and comfort. We will do a mixture of
savoury and sweet baking, we will cover breads pastries, cakes and
pies. We will take the fear out of baking and hopefully sort out any
of those niggling doubts you may have about turning out the perfect
cake. As this is going to be a practical class, you will whip, fold, roll
and cream and return home with supper.
If you are planning to spend the weekend in West Cork and arrive on Friday night,
you won't have to go any further than The Good Things Café to eat. See Fridays @ Good Things Cafe.
