We don't mind if it's raining today because we will be baking a dozen dishes filled with warmth and comfort. We will do a mixture of savoury and sweet baking, we will cover breads pastries, cakes and pies.
We will take the fear out of baking and hopefully sort out any of those niggling doubts you may have about turning out the perfect cake. As this is going to be a practical class, you will whip, fold, roll and cream and return home with supper.
