Day at The Good Things Café
No, we are not cooking
hens, that's another day. This is a hen cookery class, sorry we are not teaching
hens how to cook, it is for a bride-to-be and a group of her friends (are they
hens?) who are coming to West Cork for the weekend and spending the day at Good
Things for a cookery demonstration. We will start the day with a selection
of brunch dishes and of course a glass of Champagne and since it is early in the
day we will top it up with some freshly squeezed orange juice. I will whip up
a couple of cakes that will impress any mother-in-law and then. Show you
a few quick starters to take the stress out of having friends around. A
few stunning main courses to impress any man and finally ...
At least three
knock-out puddings to finish off any evening in style. Then when all that
is done, you can have an early supper and another glass to celebrate the day.
Also about 4pm we will break for afternoon tea,(I have a new tea set to try out)
and sample the cakes. If you would like to have a hen party with a difference
