Wholesome Winter Cooking:

Start off the winter with an interesting collection of wholesome, healthy dishes to get you through the cold, damp days ahead. My aim for this class is to send you away with at least a half a dozen recipes that will inspire you to provide tasty, nutritious and simple to assemble one pot dishes for your family. The dishes will vary from vegetarian and vegan approaches to a meat lovers one pot wonders.
